You'll need to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB) verification process, which includes providing additional information like:

- Driver's License photo (front and back)

Fees, Pricing, and Payments
What are the fees associated with using Equiphunter?
Equiphunter's fee structure is as follows:
- Registration: Free
- Listing Equipment: Free
- Buying equipment: No direct fees, only potential freight costs if not included in the equipment price.
- Selling equipment: The commission is 8%, and the administrative fee is $499 per sale, based on the equipment's sales price. Additional discounts are available based on sales volume.
- Payment methods: ACH (no additional fee), credit card (3% fee added to the cash price), or financing.
There are no hidden costs. Additional fees may apply for ancillary partner services such as shipping and financing.
Are there financing options available?
Yes, Equiphunter offers multiple financing options through vetted partners.
Can I offer less than the suggested price?
If you want to offer less than the seller's price, you can use the communication function built into the platform to send a note to the seller. If the seller is inclined, they can reduce the listing price. Feel free to send an email to sales@equiphunter.com, and we can help as well.
Purchasing Equipment
How do I purchase a machine?
Find the equipment you want and click the purchase now button.
Can I inspect the equipment before purchasing it?
Buyers can request and pay for third-party inspections by contacting support@equiphunter.com.
What happens after I make a purchase?
Whether you use a credit card, ACH, or financing, Equiphunter holds the purchase amount until the buyer accepts it. After selecting “Buy Now” in the application, the listing will be marked as “sale pending.”
How long do I have after receiving the equipment to accept or decline?
You have 48 hours from the delivery of the equipment to identify any issues with it. If damage is caused during shipping, please contact support@equiphunter.com, and we will work with the shipping company to correct it. If you think the equipment differs significantly from the listing or is not functional, we will work with the seller to pick it up at their expense or a mutually agreed-upon price reduction.
What payment methods does Equiphunter accept?
ACH Payments, all major credit cards, and 3rd party financing. Additional fees may apply.
What is the cash price versus the credit price?
The price listed on the equipment is the cash price. If you decide to purchase with a credit card, 3% will be added to the cash price.
Can I request additional information or photos of a specific item?
Yes, you can request more information from the buyer through our messaging feature.
Can international buyers participate in Equiphunter auctions or purchases?
Equiphunter is a global marketplace that lists or purchases used construction equipment.
Are there any additional requirements or fees for international transactions?
All fees for international transactions are listed in the sub-total.

How can I apply for financing through Equiphunter?

Is there a way to get pre-approved for financing before purchasing?

Equipment Condition and Inspection
How can I be sure about the condition of the equipment I'm buying?
Equiphunter ensures equipment quality through several measures:
- All sellers complete a comprehensive KYC and KYB process.
- Sellers must perform a self-inspection, including photos and videos.
- Maintenance and repair records must be included in the listing.
- A 250-hour maintenance (B-Service) must be conducted and documented within 30 days of listing.
- Buyers can request and pay for a 3rd party inspection.
- Additionally, all listings include the seller's maintenance and inspection documentation.
Shipping and Delivery
How does shipping work on Equiphunter?
Equiphunter provides shipping services through vetted 3rd party shippers or via the Seller if shipping is included in the price. The process includes:
- GPS-enabled shipping options for local, regional, and global transportation.
- Pick-up, in-route tracking, and delivery notification.
- Buyers can enter their desired ship-to address during the purchasing process.
- Communication about shipping is managed through the app's messaging system and push notifications.
If damage occurs during shipping, buyers should contact support@equiphunter.com for assistance.
Is the equipment shipped to my location
We manage the shipping process from pick-up to delivery at your desired location.
Where in the mobile app do I enter the desired ship-to address?
During the purchasing process on our app, if shipping is requested, you will be prompted to confirm or add a ship to the address.
Returns and Disputes
What is Equiphunter's policy on returns or disputes?
Equiphunter gives buyers 48 hours after delivery to identify any issues with the equipment. If the equipment differs significantly from the listing or is not functional, contact support@equiphunter.com. We will arrange for the seller to pick it up at their expense or negotiate a mutually agreed-upon price reduction. Equiphunter works with the buyer and seller to resolve any disputes over mechanical issues or damages.
